Terms and conditions
The rules of buying from us. Short, because the way you buy is short: you send a message and we send a towel.

2. How ordering works
There is no cart and no checkout on this site. You message us on WhatsApp, we confirm what you want and what it costs including delivery, and you pay.
Your message asking to buy is an offer to purchase. The order is accepted once your payment has come through and we have sent you an order confirmation. Until then there is no contract.
We may decline or cancel an order where:
- we do not have the stock;
- there has been an obvious pricing or description error;
- payment cannot be verified;
- we reasonably suspect fraud; or
- we cannot fulfil it for another good reason.
If we cancel after you have paid, you get your money back.
3. Price
Prices are in South African Rand. The towel is R950 and delivery is charged on top. The price that applies is the one we quote you when the order is confirmed, including the delivery cost.
We can change our prices at any time. A change never affects an order that has already been accepted and paid for.
4. Payment
Pay by one of the methods we offer when your order is confirmed. Where a card link is used, the payment provider handles the card details. We never see or store your full card number or your banking login.
5. The product
We describe and photograph the product as accurately as we can. Colours can look different between screens and between dye batches, and measurements are approximate, so small variations happen.
It is a one size front seat towel. It is not a rear bench cover. If you are unsure whether it suits your seat, send us a photo before you order.
6. Delivery
Orders go out with a third-party courier. Processing and delivery times are in the shipping policy. Delivery estimates from us or from the courier are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by things outside our reasonable control.
7. Returns, refunds and faulty products
Returns, cancellations, exchanges and refunds are dealt with in the returns policy.
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, or any other applicable South African legislation.
8. Looking after it
Follow the care instructions that come with the product. Machine wash at 30 degrees on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. No bleach and no fabric softener. Air dry where possible. Do not iron it and keep the waterproof backing away from high heat.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, incorrect washing or drying, modification, or use against the care instructions, except where the law does not allow us to exclude that.
9. This website
We make a reasonable effort to keep the information here accurate and current, but errors in price, description or availability can happen. We correct them when we find them.
10. Our brand and content
The Rawdog Towels name, the logo, the product photographs, the graphics, the designs and the written content on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Do not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially use them without our written permission first.
11. Other services we rely on
This site links to and relies on third parties, including payment providers, the courier and WhatsApp. They have their own terms and their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for what they do independently, except where the law puts that on us.
12. Limits on our liability
As far as South African law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from using this site or the product. Nothing here excludes or limits liability where the law does not permit that exclusion.
13. Your personal information
We handle personal information as set out in the privacy policy, in line with POPIA.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published here when you placed it.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and any dispute is dealt with under applicable South African law.
